Requirements to Apply for SME Certificate
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate,
- Social Security Commission Good Standing Certificate not older than 3 months,
- VAT Good Standing Certificate not older than 3 months, and
- Certified Copies of IDs of all members/owners of the Company .
- Submit your Application Form(s) to MTI Regional Offices in all 14 Regions, namely:
Region (Town)
- Zambezi (Katima Mulilo)
- Erongo (Swakopmund)
- Hardap (Mariental)
- Kara (Keetmanshoop)
- Kavango East (Rundu)
- Kavango West (Nkurenkuru)
- Khomas ( Windhoek - Heardquarters)
- Kunene (Opuwo)
- Ohangwena (Ehnana)
- Omaheke (Gobabis)
- Omusati (Outapi)
- Oshana (Ongwediva)
- Oshikoto ( Omuthiya)
- Otjozondjupa ( Otjiwarongo)
Take Note: The Complete Application process take 5 working days, printing of certificate(s) is done every Tuesday and collection of certificate(s) is every Friday at Head Office: Address: Brendan Simbwaye Square, Block A, 1st Floor, Room 102.
